1.
Select [Start] > [Control Panel] > [System and Security] > [Windows Firewall].
2.
Click [Turn Windows Firewall on or off].
3.
Under [Home or work (private) network
location settings], click [Turn off Windows
Firewall (not recommended)].
4.
Click [OK].
