11.1.6.2. Once the blade placement is complete, a vibration survey should be completed to
ensure the balance is acceptable. If the balance is not acceptable, perform a
Transient Balance in accordance with Chapter 9 or a Fan/Turbine Balance in
accordance with Chapter 10.
