38.1 Identification
Table 38-1 provides identification information about the ONT power supply
unit/battery backup unit (PSU/BBU) from CyberPower Systems, Inc.

38.2 Features and application notes
The PSU provides:
• 50 W, 47.5 to 56 V dc power supply for the BBU
• input voltage range of 90 to 135 V ac at 60 Hz frequency range
• surge protection of 660 joules
The BBU provides:
• 36 W, output voltages of 10.5 to 20 V dc while discharging, 13.1 V to 14.6 V dc
normally
• commerically sealed lead-acid backup battery (12 V 7.2 Ah)
• battery diagnostics, self-tests, and BBU status alarm outputs
• battery and alarm control functions
The PSU/BBU meets:
• UL 60950-1, CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1, NEBS Level 1 and 3 (GR1089 and
GR63), FCC Part 15 Class B
