1. The transmit active or receive active criteria supports all protected configurations where one RAC is transmitting and receiving
and the other receiving only.
2. Includes situations where the slot configuration does not support the plug-in, or the plug-in requires a later/different version of
system software.
3. Includes alarm situations caused by component or power supply failure and transmit or receive path failure.
