History / Report Screen Navigation
A report date range is selected by left-clicking and dragging a range in the
complete history view. The date/time range selected is confirmed immediately
below this view. Table 15-1 describes the reports.
Table 15-1. Report Descriptions
History Screen: Ethernet
Ethernet history is supported from DAC ES, IDU ES and DAC GE.
As with the RAC screens, 15-minute or 24-hour resolution options are provided:
• 15-minute provides viewing of seven days worth of 15 minute data bins.
• 24-hour provides one months worth of 1 day data bins.
The data captured includes:
• Ethernet Rx and Tx statistics
• Events
• Configuration changes
Figure 15-8 shows a typical opening screen. Screens have the same appearance
and function for DAC ES, IDU ES and DAC GE. It default opens to 15 minute
resolution.
Refer to Table 15-2 for a description of the numbered items.
Report Title Description
G.826 History Provides a summary of G.826 statistics for
the report period.
G.821 History Provides an estimate of lowest, highest and
average BER for the report period.
RSL History Provides a lowest, highest and average RSL
value for the report period.
Event History Provides an event log report for the report
period. All events for the selected link are
listed in the same format as the Event
Browser. Refer to Diagnostics > Event
Browser.
Configuration History Provides a summary of any configuration
and/or software changes made during the
report period.
