NxE1/DS1 ‘super PDH’ ring network.

Information is provided on basic ring planning and implementation. A later
release will include instruction specific to:
- Transport of Ethernet data on a ring
- Use of the DAC 155oM for fiber closures
- Inclusion of non-ring-protected point-to-point traffic on a ring
