When a break occurs, the ring protection mechanism applies loopbacks at each
end of the failed E1 circuits, 'wrapping' primary ring traffic onto the secondary
ring, and wrapping secondary back onto primary on the other side of the break.
Refer to Figure 3-48. In this example all circuits are restored.
