Auto Release
Auto release applies to Autohelm stern drive actuators only. This
feature provides emergency manual override if, for example, you
need to avoid an obstacle at the last moment.

The available auto release settings are:
OFF or ON
Wind Trim Time Constant
The wind trim time constant is used to set the autopilot response
when it is in vane mode.
There are just two response settings: SLOW or FAST.
