Automatic CodeLock Transmission (Auto)
If you have selected auto, your CodeLock code number will be
automatically transmitted via SeaTalk to all compatible units.
3.3 Analogue Display Heads
Automatic CodeLock Systems
In an automatically transmitted CodeLock system the display head
reads the number sent on the SeaTalk bus and starts-up
automatically without any user input.
Manual CodeLock System
In a manually transmitted CodeLock system the code number
created on the master is entered via the keypad from any CodeLock
compatible instrument. This code is then sent to all compatible
instruments on the same SeaTalk bus. Once this code has been
received the instruments operate in the normal way.
