Communication unit in application operation (KE AppOut, FO x SE AppOut)

The AppOut 0 to AppOut 7 signals can be applied to the HVO module as desired.
BoxNut LED0-7Ack Box Nut LED acknowledge: Acknowledges switch-on of LED0-7 in the socket tray
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (BoxNut LEDxAck)
Using this signal, the Tightening System350 activates the corresponding LED(0…7) of the socket tray.
Also refer to figure 6–72 on page 423.
BoxNut SelAck0-7 Box Nut Selected acknowledge: Acknowledges selection of socket 0-7 from the socket tray
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (BoxNut SelAckx)
Using this signal, the Tightening System350 informs a superior system on which socket (0…7) has been
selected from the socket tray. Also refer to figure 6–72 on page 423.
BypsAc Bypass acknowledge: Acknowledges deselection of the tightening spindle/acknowledges
bypass mode of the tightening cell
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (BypsAc)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y BypsAc)
Communication unit in application operation (FC BypsAc)
Kanal: This signal indicates that the respective tightening controller x.y was deselected with Ch x.y Byps
or using the operating program.
Application: This signal is "high" if at least one tightening cell spindle was set to bypass mode and
bypassed accordingly.
CwAck Clock wise acknowledge: Acknowledges a start
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (CwAck)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y CwAck)
This signal serves to acknowledge the start of the selected tightening program.
CcwAck Counter clock wise acknowledge: Acknowledges a loosening operation
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (CcwAck)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y CcwAck)
This signal confirms that the tightening program No. 99 loosen was started in one tightening channel or
all cannels of the selected tightening application.
In the Tightening channel configuration, under Socket tray coding the required Bit pattern or Decimal
coding for the socket tray used has to be configured.
