CcwLockAck Counter clock wise lock acknowledge: Acknowledges that loosening is disabled
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (CcwLockAck)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y CcwLockAck)
This signal acknowledges the locking of the tightening program Loosen no. 99 in a tightening channel.
CCwSel Counter clock wise Select: Loosening program selected at ErgoSpin
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (CCwSel)
This signal changes to "high" when "Counter clock wise Select” (Loosen program 99) has been selected
using the CW/CCW reversal switch on the ErgoSpin.
CheckEs Check ErgoSpin: Test interval ErgoSpin reached
As of version V2.600 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350, this signal is replaced by the MntTool signal.
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (CheckEs)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y CheckEs)
This signal switches to "high" once a test interval set in the channel configuration has been reached using
the ErgoSpin, e.g. a particular test date or a defined cycle counter state has been reached. The signal is
set to "low" if monitoring is deactivated or if the test interval is reset. The signal is updated approximately
every 20 seconds.
CwLockAck Clock wise lock acknowledge: Acknowledges that start is disabled
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (CwLockAck)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y CwLockAck)
Using this signal, locking a selected tightening program or application is acknowledged.
CntNOK Counter NOK: NOK counter has reached default value
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (CntNOK)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y CntNOK)
This signal changes to "high" if the set default value of the NOK counter has been reached. The tightening
channel can be optionally blocked when the NOK default value has been reached.
This signal is also set if the counter value is changed before reaching the OK or NOK counter value and
an attempt has been made to start a tightening. In this case, the start will not be accepted (exception:
loosening program no. 99 can be started).
CntOK Counter OK: OK counter has reached default value
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (CntOK)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y CntOK)
This signal changes to "high" if the set default value of the OK counter has been reached. The tightening
channel can be optionally blocked when the OK default value has been reached.
This signal is only active for tightening channels with ErgoSpin. The signal is only updated outside of the
tightening operation.
