This signal indicates the status of the scanner within the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner. The scanner is
either enabled (EnScanAck = 1) or it is locked or its release time has expired (EnScanAck = 0).
ES LED Gr Ack ErgoSpin LED Green acknowledge: Acknowledges the green ErgoSpin LED
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (ES LED Gr Ack)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y ES LED Gr Ack)
This signal acknowledges that the green LED on the nutrunner has been set. The signal is "high" when
the green LED on the ErgoSpin is lit.
ES LED Re Ack ErgoSpin LED Red acknowledge: Acknowledges the red ErgoSpin LED
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (ES LED Re Ack)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y ES LED Re Ack)
This signal acknowledges that the red LED on the nutrunner has been set. The signal is "high" when the
red LED on the ErgoSpin is lit.
ES LED Ye Ack ErgoSpin LED Yellow acknowledge: Acknowledges the yellow ErgoSpin LED
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (ES LED Ye Ack)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y ES LED Ye Ack)
This signal acknowledges that the yellow LED on the nutrunner has been set. The signal is "high" when
the yellow LED on the ErgoSpin is lit.
FtpF Ftp Fault: Result transmission error
Output signal used for:
Compact system (FtpF)
Communication unit (KE FtpF)
Setting: Transfer after the end of the tightening program or the tightening application(CyCmp):
The FtpF error signal will be set to "high" if a disruption occurs during the transfer to the FTP server.
This signal will be automatically set to "low" after the next successful data transfer.
