System 350 | 3 608 878 300/2019-03
Setting: Transfer before the end of the tightening program or the tightening application(CyCmp):
If transfer via Ethernet is not possible, the tightening program or tightening sequence is stopped
immediately. The FtpF error signal is "high" (FTP error) and signal KE NF="low" (KE No Fault) is
generated, with the corresponding entry being made in the error list.
GradAvrH Gradient average too high: Gradient average value too high
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (GradAvrH)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y GradAvrH)
Results description after a completed tightening sequence. The gradient average value exceeds the
defined tolerance window.
GradAvrL Gradient average too low: Gradient average value too low
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (GradAvrL)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y GradAvrL)
Results description after a completed tightening sequence. The gradient average value is below the
defined tolerance window.
GradH Gradient too high: Gradient too high
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (GradH)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y GradH)
Results description after a completed tightening sequence. The gradient is above the defined tolerance
window.
GradL Gradient too low: Gradient too low
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (GradL)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y GradL)
Results description after a completed tightening sequence. The gradient is below the defined tolerance
window.
GO_Rdy Geared offset head ready: Flat output drive referenced
This signal is available as of version V2.400 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (GO_Rdy)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y GO_Rdy)
This signal reports referencing of the open position of the flat output drive. If the GO_Rdy is "high",
referencing is completed. If the value is set to "low", the flat output drive was not referenced after restart,
the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner was disconnected or referencing is not completed.
For using the signal, the option Open flat key program-controlled has to be activated in the
configuration of the flat output drive (see page 555). Otherwise, the error message 1213 is issued.
GO_Open Geared offset head open: Flat output drive open
This signal is available as of version V2.400 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (GO_Open)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y GO_Open)
