146/641 Bosch Rexroth AG | Tightening Technology 3 608 878 300
System 350 | 3 608 878 300/2019-03
This signal reports open position of the flat output drive. If the GO_Rdy is "high", referencing is completed.
If the value is set to "low", the flat output drive was not set to open position, the ErgoSpin hand-held
nutrunner was disconnected or the tightening program was started.
For using the signal, the option Open flat key program-controlled has to be activated in the
configuration of the flat output drive (see page 555). Otherwise, the error message 1213 is issued.
InCy In Cycle: The tightening program or tightening application is active
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (InCy)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y InCy)
• Communication unit in application operation (FO x InCy and FC InCy)
This signal reports the start of a tightening program, tightening cell, or a tightening application to a partner
controller. It is of particular importance for hand-held tightening systems.
If the InCy is "high", the CyCmp, OK and NOK signals are set to "low". Once the tightening program or
tightening application (CyCmp = "high", start signal Cw = "low") is completed, the InCy signal drops to
"low".
InCyCcw In Cycle Counter clock wise: Loosening is active
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (InCyCcw)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y InCyCcw)
• Communication unit in application operation (FO x InCyCcw)
This signal reports that a tightening program or a tightening application is active. It is of particular
importance for hand-held tightening systems.
If the InCyCcw signal is "high", the CyCmp, OK, and NOK signals are set to "low". Once the tightening
program or tightening application (CyCmp = "high") is completed and the FO x Cw signal is set to "low",
the InCyCcw signal drops to "low".
InCyCm In Cycle Complete: Time period elapsing while tightening is active, including evaluation and
completed results output
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
• Tightening channel (InCyCm)
• Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y InCyCm)
The InCyCm signal shows the period elapsing from the time when tightening is started until results
processing and output are completed. It is set to "high" along with InCy
. Once CyCmp changes to "high",
InCyCm is set to "low".
If the NOKAc signal is used and tightening is NOK, the InCy signal remains "high" until the NOKAc signal
is set to "low". Only thereafter will the InCy signal change to "low", thus signaling the readiness for restart.
If the NOKAc signal is used and tightening is NOK, the InCyCcw signal remains "high" until the NOKAc
signal is set to "low". Only thereafter will the InCyCcw signal change to "low", thus signaling the readiness
for restart.
