The BB contains a Temperature Sensor Card (TSC), which is used for:
Reading the emitter and target temperature
Storing the BB temperature calibration data
Storing the BB identification data (Model, S/N, etc.)
Storing the sensors data
Digital communication with the SR-800R Controller
