A Stateful Switchover occurs. Switch 2 takes over as the Active switch. Switch 1 goes down, then
reboots (still with the pre-upgrade image) and reaches SSO Hot Standby state.
(From this point on, the console logs are gathered on Switch 2)

Switch 1 goes down again, then boots up (this time with the post-upgrade image), and comes up as SSO
