Configuring BroadSoft Busy Lamp Field Auto-Configuration
Rather than configuring each BLF key individually, you can enter a single
SUBSCRIBE URI and automatically generate configuration scripts for BLF keys for
all users on the monitored list.
To configure BLF auto-configuration:
STEP 1 Log in to the configuration utility.
STEP 2 Click Admin Login.
STEP 3 Click advanced.
STEP 4 Click the Att Console tab.
STEP 5 In the BLF List URI field, enter the URI to generate BLF keys:
listname@domain.com;vid=2
Where:
• listname: Name of the list.
• domain.com: Name of the domain.
• vid: Assigns keys to the extension. By default, the SUBSCRIBE is sent when
“Ext 1” is registered. You must set the “vid=” to a different value to change
this behavior.
For example:
mylist@broadsoft.com;vid=2
STEP 6 Click Submit All Changes.
