Fill in all details and follow the further navigation.
The following documents must be completed:
– Returns form
– Request the form from Ecolab.
– Fill in the form correctly and in full.
– Fill in the clearance declaration.
– Send both in advance by fax to: (+49 8662 61-258)
– System components:
– Free of all impurities (rinsed).
– Must be dispatched in suitable plastic packaging and in a box in order to
avoid any leakage of flushing water.
