Ecolab ULTRAX Compact - 10.3.1 Replacement of suction;pressure valves; 10.3.1.1 Type: 00160 - 00540

The following inspections are recommended:
n Suction tubes and pressure tubes for leak-free connections
n Suction valve and pressure valve for dirt and tightness
n Check that the discharge on the pump head is OK (diaphragm break)
n Correct metering
n That the metering head screws are tight (6± 1 Nm).
The service life of the diaphragm depends on the following:
– Back pressure
– Operating temperature
– Metering medium
We recommend that you check the diaphragm more frequently in extreme
operating conditions and if metering abrasive substances.
CAUTION!
