5 Function description
The Ultrax Compact is a metering system which has been pre-assembled by Ecolab and
is designed for the exclusive use of Ecolab chemicals for professional cleaning of textiles
in commercial laundries.
The metering system has the advantage that the pre-assembled standard unit can be set
up on a factory pre-tested bracket that covers many applications, thus offering substantial
time savings in terms of set-up time.
All of the materials selected are designed to be used with Ecolab's own chemicals.
The system can also be adapted to future washing processes and products through the
option to install expansion components The pre-assembled upgrade modules can be
integrated into the system in a short amount of time.
It is exclusively controlled by the Ecolab "MyControl" unit
(not included in the standard scope of the equipment).

5.2 Process flow
When the "MyControl" unit receives a metering start, the relevant metering components of
the UL
TRAX Compact are started and the washing process begins.
