CAUTION!
The ULTRAX Compact metering system must be set up directly next to the
"MyControl" control unit. If this is not possible, an optional emergency stop
switch (see chapter 8.5), which is to be connected to "MyControl", must be
mounted outside the
Pump Rack bracket, either on the left or right.
The mounting holes required are already in place.
Alternatively, a suitable position in the vicinity of the rack can be used (adjacent
side wall, etc.).
NOTICE!
Protection against a backflow of non-potable water must be present in the
supply line in accordance with EN1717 (BA type backflow preventer).
Standard scope of delivery does not include components related to this.
If no safeguard installed by the owner/operator, a backflow preventer
, which is
separately available, must be installed upstream.
DANGER!
The system must not be operated without some type of backflow safeguard in
place!
7.3 Set-up / Wall mounting
The ULTRAX Compact metering system must be fastened on a wall using the five dowels
and fastening screws included in the scope of the equipment. The dowels supplied may
only be used with masonry
.
Suitable special wall plugs must be used with stud walls.
The wall must be flat and sufficiently strong.
Proceed as follows:
1. Select a suitable installation location, ensuring that there is sufficient space to the
left and right of the unit for water and compressed air supply as well as the metering
lines.
2. Mark the drill holes on the wall according to diagram Fig. 12 .
3. Drill the holes with a Ø of 12 mm and 90 mm deep.
4. Tighten the mounting sleeves.
5. Hook in the device, align it and fix it in place with union nuts.
