properly in the long term.
Dosing pumps may only be maintained by trained and authorised persons.

Safety and functional testing of the complete system

Maintenance of the pump if under a heavy load (for example, continuous operation)

10.1 Carry out maintenance work
1.
Perform visual checks as described in
Ä
Chapter 8 ‘Start-up’ on page 63 .
2. Functional check of all installed components.
3. Check correct metering.
4. Check the metering head screws for tightness, as described in the enclosed pump
operating instructions.
5. Recalibration of the entire system via the 3/2 way valve.
6. Clean the electric cables in case of wetting by media
(e.g. product escaping due to leaks or similar).
