10.3.1.3 Install the metering valves in the correct position
WARNING!
When installing the valves, ensure that the flow direction is correct.
The direction of flow is marked by an impressed arrow on the suction/
pressure valves.
NOTICE!
It is essential that the tightening torques given below are observed, firstly to
ensure the leak-tightness of the system and secondly to ensure the integrity of
the thread.
The tightening torques of the metering head screws are given on an adhesive
label that is af
fixed to the pump head.
T
ightening torque of the suction/pressure valves:
Pump head size 5 l/h und 11 l/h 30 l/h und 50 l/h 120 l/h
Tightening torque 2 ± 0,2 Nm 2,8 ± 0,2 Nm 4 ± 0,2 Nm
