10.5.2 Assembling the oval gear meter

Make sure that the oval gear wheels are seated correctly.
The oval gear wheels must be inserted so that they are offset to each
other by exactly 90º (no. 4 + no. 5).
The oval gear wheel with the welded magnets (no. 2) must be positioned
under the sensor in the cover
. The plates on this oval gear wheel must
point downwards!
To check an oval gear, carefully turn it with your finger; the other oval gear
must move round a complete rotation without locking up or losing contact
with the second oval gear.
2. Insert screws carefully (plastic mating thread in housing) and tighten diagonally with
a torque of 1 Nm +0.4.

After cleaning the oval gears, we recommend that you recalibrate the oval
gear meter due to the opening and closing actions incurred.
