Use the RSTi-EP web server to parameterize IO-Link ports

Start the RSTi-EP web server with default IP address 192.168.1.202.

Open the component view of the IO-Link module by clicking on the IO-Link
module in the station overview.

Under parameters, click the channel whose parameters you want to change.
The parameters are displayed.

Set the “Operating mode” parameter of the IO-Link port to the value “IO-Link”.

Set the
“
Process data length input
”
parameter of the IO-Link port to the value
“auto (default)”.
8.
Set the
“
Process data length output
”
parameter of the IO-Link port to the value
“auto (default)”.
9.
Change the other parameters as required.
10.
Each change is labelled with a green symbol until it has been applied. All
changes are only saved when you click Apply changes.
11.
All changes are reset when you click Restore.
12.
Click Apply changes.
13.
The changes are then transferred to the adapter and the green labels are
removed. Alternatively, you can parameterize IO-Link ports using acyclic write
accesses
