4.2.11.2 Installation
1. Hold down the Stopper Link while you insert the end of the Feed
Shaft into the openin
g
in the rear of the printer frame.
2. Slide the Bearin
g
into the Bearin
g
cutout (refer to the fi
g
ure).
3. When both the Bearin
g
is in place and the end of the Feed Shaft is
throu
g
h the openin
g
in the rear of the frame, release the Stopper
Link.
4. The Nud
g
er Shaft should rest on top of the Stopper Link, and the
Link should secure the Feeder Assembly in place on the frame.
5. Make sure the Paper Level Actuator tab on the Feeder is positioned
in the center of the arms of the Paper Level Sensor.
6. Slide the Feed Bearin
g
onto the Feed Shaft and press the Bearin
g
into the cutout in the frame.
7. Reinstall the Feed Gear onto the Feed Shaft, and use an E rin
g
to
secure it to the Shaft.
8. Reinstall Tray 1 Feed Clutch alon
g
with the Feed Gear and Bearin
g
.

9. Reinstall the Front Chute. (“Tray 1&2 Front Chute Assemblies” on

10. Reinstall the Rear Cover. (“Rear Cover Assembly” on pa

11. Reinstall Tray 1.
