4.2.59 Exit Roll Assembly

4.2.59.1 Removal
1. Remove the Exit Drive Assembly. (“Exit Drive Assembly” on
pa
g
e -201)
2. Remove the two screws securin
g
the Face Up Lower Chute to the
Assembly frame, and remove the Chute.
3. Remove the K clip securin
g
the Gear located at the rear of the Exit
Roll shaft, and remove the Gear and rear bearin
g
.
4. Remove the E rin
g

the front of the Exit Roll shaft to the
Assembly frame, and remove the front bearin
g
.
5. Slide the shaft to the rear, and remove the shaft from the Assembly.
4.2.59.2 Installation
1. Reinstall the Exit Roll Assembly by slidin

2. Slide the front of the shaft into the bearin

cutout at the front of the
Assembly frame.
3. Reinstall both front and rear bearin
g
s.
4. Use an E rin

to secure the front of the shaft.
5. Slide the Gear onto the rear of the shaft and use a K clip to secure
the Gear.
6. Reinstall the Face Up Lower Chute, and use two screws to secure it
to the Assembly frame.
7. Reinstall the Exit Drive Assembly. (“Exit Drive Assembly” on
