4.2.35 Left Lower Cover Pinch Roll Assembly

4.2.35.1 Removal
1. Remove the Left Lower Cover Assembly. (“Left Lower Cover
Assembly” on pa
g
e -180)
2. Remove the three screws securin
g
the Pinch Roll Bracket to the
Assembly, and remove the Bracket.
3. Unhook the two Pinch Roll Sprin
g
s and lift the Pinch Roll out of the
Bracket.
4. Remove the two Center Bearin
g
s and the two End Bearin
g
s from
the Roll.
4.2.35.2 Installation
1. Reinstall an End Bearin
g
to each end of the Pinch Roll.
2. Reinstall the Pinch Roll onto the Bracket.
Make sure that the lip of each Bearin
g
is trapped behind the tabs in
the Bracket.
3. Hook one end of each Pinch Roll Sprin
g
into a sprin
g
hole in one
side of the Bracket.
4. Brin
g
the Sprin
g
s over the Pinch Roll Shaft and hook the other end
of each Sprin
g
into the sprin
g
hole on the opposite side of the
Bracket.
5. Slide a Center Bearin
g
under each Pinch Roll Sprin
g
, as shown in
the fi
g
ure.
6. Reinstall the Bracket onto the Left Lower Cover Assembly, and use
three screws to secure it to the Assembly.
7. Reinstall the Left Lower Cover Assembly.(“Left Lower Cover
Assembly” on pa
g
