Remove
the old batteries.
Hold the
board by hand and pull the battery cable upward to remove the connector.

Install new batteries to
the battery box.

Install the Joint #2 outside cover.

e careful not to get the cables caught in the arm.

Cross recessed binding head
machine screws: 3-M4×8
Tightening torque: 0.45 ± 0.05 N·m

machine screws: 6-M4×8
Tightening torque: 0.45 ± 0.05 N·m

Turn ON the controller.

Check
operation to see if the manipulator's position and posture are out of position.
Move the Manipulator to two or
three points (poses) of the registered points.
Make sure to operate
the robot in LowPower mode.

If the Manipulator is out of position, calibrate all the joints and axes.
For details, refer to Maintenance 8. Calibration.
