Processing of Alarm and Tamper fault messages.
If the timing of the warning device output is provided by the CIE, then this output should be operated-
for a minimum of 90 seconds and a maximum of 15 minutes unless a shorter period is demanded by
local or national regulations.
Europlex Conformity
EN50131-3, 8.3.1 Table 10 defines the priority level for signal processing (alarm tamper signal or fault
messages)
The Europlex system monitors and processes alarm inputs immeadiately. Due to this, the system does
not prioritize activations reported to the alarm receiving centre. (ARC). Europex consider that proiriti-
zation, if required, is the reponsibilty of the RAC.
