Programming Portable ACE Units Using RKD
You can access the Portable ACE unit through the keypad, and configure users for the card module. Portable ACE
functionality is also accessible through Panelman for Windows software.
Assigning Portable ACE Users
To program a Portable ACE user, you must select the RKD node on which the Portable ACE is installed. You then assign
users to this node by presenting valid proximity cards for each user. You should have valid proximity cards ready for
each of the users you wish to assign to this ACE Unit.
Note You must perform the programming at the RKD node on which the ACE unit is installed.
