Trouble shooting guide
Symptom Action
The video image is displayed, but the Pan/Tilt
unit does not operate after power on.
Press and hold down the
PRK button for 3
seconds to activate the Pan/Tilt unit.
Pressing the buttons on the JCU does not give
the expected effect.
Check the JCU settings in the System Software;
for example, the
MMI Control mode, Nuc button
and Left/Right scanpoint selection features.
The TV image looks strange. Check the TV settings in the System Software;
the
Back light comp, Image effect and Near IR
sensitive features.
