Slave mode on/off The Slave mode on/off feature is used to activate/deactivate Slave mode.
When
Slave mode is active, changes in eld-of-view will apply to both the IR
and TV camera.
Defrost The Defrost feature is used to activate the lens defroster. When Defrost is
selected, the lens defroster is turned on for 10 minutes. The defroster is
automatically turned off after 10 minutes or when the joystick is moved.
The
Defrost feature is only enabled at freezing ambient temperature.
Power on/off The Power on/off feature is used to turn on/off the IR camera.
When the IR camera is turned off, a colored image is displayed on the moni
-
tor and all features in the Image menu, except Power on, are disabled.
7.5.1.1 Man. level/span
The Man. level/span dialog box is used to manually adjust the level and
span settings.

NOTE: The system will remain in MANUAL mode until the feature Auto level/span is
selected.
