5.3 Description of Function Codes

For bipolar (Terminal [12] (C35=0))
For terminal [12], by setting function code C35 to “0”, it is possible to use bipolar input (-10V to +10V).
When both bias (F18) and bias reference point (C50) are set to “0”, command becomes forward and reverse
symmetric as shown in the diagram below.
When bias (F18) and bias reference point (C50) is set to arbitrary value (A1 point, A2 point, and A3
point, etc.), as shown in the diagram below, it is determined by the bias value (F18).
To input bipolar (0 to ±10 VDC) analog voltage at analog input (terminal [12]), set function code C35
to “0”. When the data of C35 is “1”, only DC 0 to +10V is effective and negative polar input DC0
to
-10V is regarded as 0 (Zero) V.
When setting reference frequency by display other than frequency (Hz),
please change the speed
monitor unit in E48.
