9. TROUBLESHOOTING
9.1.6 The Y-axis Backlash is Excessive
(1) Adjust the perpendicularity of the Y bar (see section 7.5.4).
(2) Adjust the Y belt tension.
9.1.7 The Y or X position is shifted
(1) Adjust the Y or X belt tension.
(2) Conrm the Y or X belt is skipping from the drive pulley (see section 7.2.7, 7.2.8, 7.5.6).
(3) Apply a few quantity of the silicon grease to the X or Y drive pulley if the belt is skipping.
