7. DISASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
7.4 . 2 Y Motor Belt
How to detach the Y motor belt
(1) Detach the Y motor cover (See the section 7.1.7).
(2) Disconnect X exible cable from connector on the X-Y relay board.
(3) Remove the three M3 binding head screws holding the X exible cable bracket, then detach the X
exible cable bracket.
(4) Remove the two M3L6 binding head screws holding the X-Y relay board, and then detach it.

(5) Disconnect the all cables from the X-Y relay board.
(6) Loosen the two M3L8 TP screws holding the Y motor, and then detach the Y motor belt from the pulleys.

How to reinstall the Y motor belt
(1) Reattach the Y motor belt in the reverse order in which it was detached.
(2) Adjust the Y motor belt tension (See the section 7.4.3).
