Check the cutter setting conditions.
• Cutter offset for the blade type.
• Blade length, speed, cutting force to
match the media.
Possible software problem

Check the tightening and adjustments
of the mechanical section.
• Driver section pulley and setscrew
looseness.
• Slider section roller pressure
inadequacy.
• Motor rotation defect (worn out
bearing in motor).
• Rollers at front of X rail and X slider
touching.
