7. DISASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
7.5.8 Preparing the Y Flexible Cable Assembly
Assemble the Y exible cable assembly if you have the Y exible cable (PN:162291101) and the Y exible
cable reinforcement (PN:022904331) separately.
You don’t need to assemble if you have the Y exible cable assembly (PN:772258520).
How to assemble the Y exible cable assembly
(1) Prepare following size of the double-sided adhesive tapes. And afx those pieces of double-sided
adhesive tape to the exible cable and the exible cable guide as shown in gure below.
(2) Write down the connector number at the end of the exible cable by using oil based ber tip pen as
shown in gure below.

Face up where character is printed.
Affix to
the reverse side.
Affix to the front side.
Remove the protection labels for these double-sided
adhesive tapes when installing the flexible cable to the Y bar.
Remove these three protection labels for these double-sided
adhesive tapes after connect the flexible cable to
the connector J671 and J561.
Prepare following size of the double-sided adhesive tapes.
Affix those pieces of double-sided adhesive tapes to the flexible cables
and the flexible cable guides as shown in figure below.
