7. DISASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
(8) Mark the position by using the pencil as shown the picture below to conrm the belt skipping.
(9) Move the Y bar to the far right and the far left several times.
(10) Check the marking position that is not shifting.
X drive pulley
Both the lines should not be shifted
after moving the slider.
(11) Apply a few quantity of the silicon grease to the X drive pulley if the belt is skipping.
(12) Perform from the step (8) to the step (10) and reconrm the belt skipping.
Note:
Do not use grease other than the silicon-grease.
The other grease will be the cause of chemical damage to the belt.
