7. DISASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
(9) Mark the position by using the pencil as shown the picture below to conrm the belt skipping.
(10) Move the Y bar to the far right and the far left several times.
(11) Check the marking position that is not shifting.
Y drive pulley
Both the lines should not be shifted
after moving the slider.
(12) Apply a few quantity of the silicon grease to the Y drive pulley if the belt is skipping.
(13) Perform from the step (5) to the step (8) and reconrm the belt skipping.
Note:
Do not use grease other than the silicon-grease.
The other grease will be the cause of chemical damage to the belt.
