2.1 Installation

CAUTION

• Do not step on or trip over the power supply cord of
the system. Doing so may cause injury or damage
to the system.
• Pay attention to the following points when carrying
this system.
– Before moving a system that is not installed on the
Pole Cart2, be sure to fold down the LCD monitor
and lock the LCD latch. When carrying the system,
hold it by the handle with the transducer in your
hand.
– When moving a system that is installed on the Pole
Cart2, be sure to fold down the LCD monitor and
lock the LCD latch. When carrying the system, hold
it by the handle of the system.
If you move the system by holding any portion of
it other than the handle, it may overbalance and
cause personal injury.
– When the system is equipped with an optional
keyboard, house the keyboard before moving the
system.

• When the system is equipped with a Three-Port
Probe Unit and removed from a Pole Cart2, place
the connector of a transducer on the Pole Cart2.
