Migrating the Address Book
By using the machine's utility, you can smoothly migrate address books when the machine is to be replaced.
The Address Book registered on the machine can be backed up or migrated using KYOCERA Net Viewer on the
included DVD.

Backing Up Address Book Data to PC

Launch the KYOCERA Net Viewer.

Create a backup.
1 Right-click on the model name from which you want to back up the Address Book, and select [Advanced] - [Set
multiple devices].
2 Select [Custom Mode] and click [Next].
3 Select destination device group and click [Next].
