Functional sequence
1. If the value at nIn1_a falls below the value at nIn2_a, bOut changes from FALSE to TRUE.
2. Only if the signal at nIn1_a exceeds the value of nIn2_a - hysteresis again, bOut changes back
from TRUE to FALSE.
