10.1.3 Device commands for parameter change-over
Irrespecve of the state of the funcons/triggers for this funcon, the "Parameter change-
over" funcon can also be oponally ex
ecuted with the device commands specied here.

Changed parameter sengs can become eecve immediately depending on the acvang
method se
t in 0x4046 (PAR 755).
The possible consequence is an unexpected response of the motor sha while the inverter is
enabled.

If possible, only carry out parameter changes while the controller is inhibited.
▶
Certain device commands or sengs which could cause a crical state of the drive behav-
iour can generally only be carried out with controller inhibit.

If acvaon method 1 or 3 is set in 0x4046 (PAR 755), the chang
e-over is eected immedi-
ately. If acvaon method 0 or 2 is set, the respecve device command is only executed if the
inverter is inhibited.
