<cntrl> A unique number that identifies a control mode of unsolicited NOTIFY report:
0 - Disable.
1 - Enabled
<call-id> Call identification number:
1-7
<desc> A unique number that identifies a notify description:
0 - Suspend.
1 - Resumed.
2 - Bearer Change.
