This command is a non-basic command, which means that the G24 module rejects the command
with an appropriate error message when the SIM is not present and/or the phone is in lock state.
The following table shows the +MDBWE parameters.

0 - Delete entry.
1 - Add exception.
2 - Delete exception.
Index Index for a given date book entry.
Exception An instance number which is added to or deleted from
repeating entry.
Number in 0-65534.
