Motorola recommends that the terminal sets the watermark in the accumulating buffer prior to
this command, using the +MIPSETS command. By default, the watermark is set to 1372 bytes of
data.
The following table shows the +MIPSEND parameters.

<Free Size> Free space in current buffer. Free size is calculated from the 1372.

<Data> User data string is sent encoded with 0-F hexadecimal digits (String ends with a
<CR>)
