7. Troubleshooting
7.5.2.(12) Motor fan error (error code 122, 127, 051)
(12-1) The low voltage power supply fan does not rotate immediately after the power is
turned on.
Check item Check work
Action to be taken at NG
(12-1-1) Wiring conditions of the cables
Cable connection
condition and wiring
condition of the
low voltage power
supply fan and those
of the fuser fan
Check if the connectors are connected
normally or not. Check if extra length of the
cables does not touch the fan blade or not.
Reconnect the
connectors. Correct
the cable wiring
route.
Replace the fan.
(12-2) Duplex fan does not rotate during the Duplex printing.

blown out or not.
Replace the PU
PCB.
(12-3) All fans of the printer do not rotate.

circuit or not.
Replace the PU
