31.Install right rear shock assembly. Torque fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Shock Mounting Fasteners:
70 ft-lbs (95 Nm)
32.Connect the ignition coil.
33.Install cargo box brackets, exhaust shields on
passenger side and wire/hose clamps on driver’s
side. Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Cargo Box Bracket Fasteners:
8 ft-lb (11 Nm)
34.Install cargo box. Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Cargo Box Fasteners:
8 ft-lb (11 Nm)
35.Install rear fascia. Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Fascia Fasteners:
8 ft-lb (11 Nm)
36.Install ROPS. For proper reinstallation and torque
information, reference Cab Frame Assembly page
11.4 for Turbo S and Cab Frame Assembly (4 Seat)
page 11.6 for Turbo S4.
WARNING
The ROPS/roof should only be serviced by a certified
Polaris dealer.
37.Install rear fenders and fender flairs.
38.Fill coolant reservoir. Bleed system as required. See
and .
39.Check and fill engine oil as required. See Engine Oil
Level page 2.28.
40.Connect the battery. Torque fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Battery Fasteners:
60 in-lbs (7 Nm)
