ROPS AND ROOF
ROPS INSTALLATION
WARNING
It may be necessary to lift the vehicle to aid in ROPS
installation. Serious injury may result if the vehicle tips
or falls. Be sure the vehicle is secure before beginning
this step. Always wear eye protection.
NOTICE
Loosely install fasteners into ROPS until ROPS is fully
assembled prior to torquing any fasteners.
1. Slide the RH rear ROPS mount

onto the RH rear
ROPS as shown.
NOTICE
ROPS mounts are marked LH or RH on the bottom of
the casting to indicate which side the mount should be
installed on.
2. Install O-ring
w
(PN 5412220) approximately 3/4” (20
mm) from the end of the RH rear ROPS.
3. Install the RH rear ROPS assembly onto the vehicle.
4. Loosely install M10 x 1.25 x 55 fasteners
e
(PN
7519956) and M10 x 1.25 flanged Nyloc nuts (PN
7547333)
r
onto the B-Pillar mounts.
5. Slide the rear ROPS mount down and loosely install
M10 x 1.5 x 45 fasteners

(PN 7519906) from the
underside to retain the RH rear ROPS mount to the
cargo box.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 to install the LH rear ROPS
assembly.
7. Install the front ROPS assembly

onto the vehicle.
